this page Folks – Congratulations! You’ve officially made it through nearly half-way of your first full week back to work post-holiday festivities. At this time of the year especially, I find myself reflecting on the experiences and lessons learned from the year past and all that we can look forward to in the upcoming year. I like to think of the new year as a blank canvas with much to offer – an abundance of opportunities to learn, love and make memories – and hopefully embark on an adventure or two. The mystery of what will transpire in 2017 is positively exhilarating. One experience that I know I’m already looking forward to is dancing the night away at the 6th Annual Memory Ball!

– Practising gratitude on a regular basis
– Setting time aside to meditate or relax
– Incorporating exercise into your day-to-day routine
– Improving heart and brain health by incorporating more fish and sources of Omega-3s into your diet
And last but not least:
– Reflecting upon what makes you genuinely happy and how you can live your life to its fullest
With all that said, we invite you to give yourself a little pat on the back for getting through the first work week 2017 (easier said than done for some!) and treat yo’self to a Memory Ball ticket before they are gone! Not only will you be helping to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s disease, you will also be contributing to a great cause while dressed to the nines, dancing up a storm and sipping on some delectable libations! This is going to be a good year, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you on April 1st.
