Lifestyle

by: Aryn Gatto It’s that time of the year again: our New Year’s resolutions may be in the rear view mirror, work is keeping you on your toes (or rather seated at your desk!), and although there are little signs of spring appearing here and there, winter continues to linger, not yet having released its grasp and make room for all things spring, which tend to encourage us to go for that spontaneous evening jog or Sunday bike ride. Christie Preston of Preston Fitness and the Beauty and the Bod Blog has been a longtime supporter and friend of Memory Ball. Christie is a stellar personal and group trainer who promotes healthy habits and exercise as a way to live a better life -- and trust us when we say, her enthusiasm is infectious. Not only that, but Christie has a very positive view on working out, she believes in balance. We love her because she won't make us feel badly about having a cupcake or 2, but... she may make us do extra burpees. We hope you love this video as much as we love working out with Christie.
